Peripatetic Manager – Children’s Home
Location: Travelling throughout homes in North West, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Shropshire and Wales
Salary: £62,000 per annum, 10% bonus, mileage paid, free on-site parking, private pension
Remit
Compass Associates are working in partnership with a children’s provider who have a number of homes throughout the North West and Yorkshire. Their aim is to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse supporting them with their practical, physical and emotional needs. The business has an excellent reputation with an experienced team who are very passionate and keen to maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
As Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with the oversight and day to day operations of the homes. You will mentor less experienced managers and colleagues to support in their development and work closely with the Regional Manager, helping to identify areas of improvement throughout the portfolio.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experienced working as a Registered Manager in children’s services
- Excellent and thorough understanding of OFSTED
- Proven track record achieving a Good / Outstanding OFSTED report
- Full UK license with a willingness to travel as and when needed
