They are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for someone with excellent management, leadership and communication skills. You will also need to have post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment.

The role:

– Lead a high performing team that delivers exceptional standards of customer service and care

– Provide support to the pharmacy team

– Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy

– Drive business growth and achieve KPIs

– Understanding and respond appropriately to customer needs and queries

– Build relationships with GPs and appropriate healthcare professionals in the area

Requirements:

– Registered with the GPhC

– MPharm, BPharm or equivalent

– Post qualification experience in a pharmacy environment

– Great management, leadership and communication skills

Interview process:

1st Stage: Virtual interview with Pharmacy Area Manager and People Manager

2nd Stage: Informal store walkaround
