Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading provider of both NHS & Private dentistry to recruit for their state-of-the-art, newly refurbished Practice in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxurious, reputable group on their continued journey to be market leaders of dentistry and aesthetics. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice. This will include driving and achieving financial targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will be the face of the practice and a key figure for the team, ensuring the team is motivated and delivering superb customer service. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous Practice Management experience working within a dental practice
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to drive the practice’s financial performance and increase private patient referrals
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach
  • The ability to lead, motivate and develop the practice’s team
  • The ability to build relationships with the local community
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations
