Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a sustainably growing Mental Health provider in the East and West Sussex area, offering support through Outreach programmes in the community, supported accommodation and hospital discharge services.
Together, we are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to support the strong team already in place and to drive the continuous improvement model that they follow in all of the services they offer their clients.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure the quality of care provided at these services are of a high standard and will be working closely with a team of dedicated Service and Locality Managers in making a difference to service user’s lives.
Location
The role is based in Worthing with travel into their services in Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Brighton and Eastbourne. Worthing is commutable from Bognor Regis, Burgess Hill, Crawley and Horsham.
Work Pattern
Monday to Friday, 9-5 working pattern based on site with travel.
The Candidate
– Experience working in a Quality Assurance team with a structured Quality assurance programme.- Experience working in a regulated environment in different models of Adult Social Care delivery, including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism.- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.- Great problem-solving skills- Experience in conducting investigations within a regulated environment and producing plans to improve incidents and accidents.- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive approach who uses their initiative to think quickly on their feet.- A full driving license with access to their own car to allow for travel into different services.
