I am proud to be partnering with a well-respected Home Care provider who operate out of offices in St Helens and Liverpool.
Remit
This organisation has been established for 25 years, providing essential domiciliary services to elderly people across the Liverpool and St Helens area. Currently operating out of two offices, this organisation has an outstanding team who have collaborated successfully to achieve enviable growth due to effective tender of local authority contracts. To continue and accelerate this growth, my client is looking to employ a Regional Director to join their team to oversee their existing branches, whilst looking to commission new sites across the North West.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to have operational experience within healthcare. My client is open to various healthcare sectors. However, it is preferable to have domiciliary and supported living experience, particularly, commissioning new branches and supporting them in becoming profitable. You will be a strong leader who has excellent people management skills and can bring the best out of your team.
Package
In return you will receive a salary of up to£75,000 per annum and a range of company benefits. This role offers the chance to be a part of the senior leadership team, make important decisions and see them through to fruition. You will work closely with the Managing Director who has taken over this organisation in 2018 and is responsible for the huge growth they have experienced over the last 6 years.
