Are you an leader with a passion for providing outstanding care and support for children and young people?
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Regional Manager to oversee a cluster of children’s homes across South Lincolnshire. This is a critical role where you will lead, inspire, and ensure the highest standards of care in line with our values and regulatory requirements.
This role will oversee a cluster of EBD homes located within a commutable area, you will manage your own diary and be responsible for the overall quality and development of the region with support from the Regional Director.
My client is looking for a passionate Individual that has a proven track record of;
- Manging Ofsted regulated children homes
- Has experience understanding budgets/ EBITDA
- Has taken on additional responsibility within a region / over sees multiple children homes
- thorough knowledge of safeguarding and child protection regulations.
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel within South Lincolnshire.
