Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK’s leading business within Residential and Supported Living care. We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service specialising in Learning Disabilities & Autism for adults in the Coventry/Birmingham area.

This exciting role involves overall responsibility of this residential service, working alongside the Area Manager to ensure that the best quality of specialist care is given to the residents. You will provide exemplary leadership and make a difference to their lives. The ideal candidate enjoys a challenge and seeks values in exceeding high level of care and support to the team and service users.

Who are we looking for?

  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management / RMA or equivalent or willing to work towards
  • Management experience in a residential / similar setting
  • Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Strong knowledge ofCQC regulations
  • Good people management skills
  • A role model, providing exemplary support and advice to promote good practice
  • Exceptional communicator, team player, empathetic and excellent people skills
  • Clear DBS / CRB

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service.
