£60,000 per annum + Bonus
Compass Associates are currently working with a national provider of Children’s Residential Care, Special Education and Fostering. They specialise in working with children and young individuals with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings.
We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager or a strong Deputy who is ready to step up to take on the day to day management and Ofsted Registration for a Children’s Residential Home in Birmingham.
Work PatternMonday – Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings and the flexibility of managing your own diary.
Location
The home is situated in Birmingham, commutable from Solihull, Smethwick, Edgbaston, Halesowen, Rubery, Marston Green and the surrounding areas of the West Midlands.
Interview process
2-Stage Interview Process
1st stage via MS Teams with the Senior Management team, informal and a discussion of the role and your experience, some competency-based questions and CV history queries
2nd stage is Face to Face at one of the services with the Senior Management team, formal with a meet and greet.
Criteria
Essential to have management experience within Children’s Residential Services
Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confidently lead Ofsted Inspections.
Passionate about Children’s Residential services, whether Autism, Learning Disability or EBD settings.
You must have a relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to undertake.
Clear DBS
Own transport and clean Driver’s License
