Compass Associates are currently working with a well-established provider of Children’s Residential Care in the UK. They specialise in working with children with a range of behavioural difficulties, mental health and learning disabilities in a variety of settings.

Together we are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee a Residential home for Children. This home specialises in Children with Learning Difficulties and is currently in need of a strong Manager to lead the service and exceed the level of care. With a team in place, you will have a Deputy, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers. You will oversee the home and by doing this leading it to excellence giving the highest-level care to each of the residents.

Location

The home is located in Surrey and is commutable from Farnham,Aldershot, Farnborough, Basingtoke,Bordon and Guildford.

Criteria

This role requires experience working within a EBD in a Residential Childcare setting

You will have knowledge of LD and other complex and challenging behaviour needs of young people

Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations

Passionate about Children’s Residential services, whether Autism, Learning Disability or EBD settings relevant

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification / working towards it

Clear DBS
