Are you an experienced Home Care Manager looking to take the next step in your career and manage two domiciliary care services?
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in Merseyside who are a leading home care provider with over 10 offices around the UK. With more than 20 years’ experience, they are committed to delivering high-quality, person centred care and support.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of your service. Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management, you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. This is an ambitious and forward-thinking organisation who are looking for individuals who are committed to developing and enhancing the service. This is a multi-site role which requires the Registered Manager to cover two sites in the Merseyside area.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are an experienced Registered Manager within a domiciliary care setting. You will also have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, and you must have a driver’s licence with access to a car.
