Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to work for a close knit, family run business who truly value their employees?
We are currently working with a family run business who are looking to appoint a Registered Manager who is highly motivated, passionate to assist in developing and expanding their home care service. They are part of a wider franchise network which is well known and credible within domiciliary care and can offer support on a larger scale.
As the Registered Manager your duties will include:
- Being responsible for the safe delivery of the service
- Work towards CQC guidelines to run the service efficiently
- Promote the rights of each customer and keep their wishes at the centre of their care and support
- Work within GDPR guidelines
- Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively
- Work to grow the service, focusing on private clients and local authority contracts
To be successful in this role you must be committed to providing outstanding quality of care and excellent customer service. You will be a current Registered Manager within a Home Care organisation, who is level 5 qualified to working towards. It is preferred that you have experience growing a business successfully.
In return you will receive a salary of between £32,000 – £36,000 per annum. As this is a small business, there will be pay reviews set in place to increase your salary as the business grows. There is free parking on site, plus a range of company benefits.
