I am proud to be partnering with a well-respected Home Care provider who have offices in St Helens and Liverpool. This organisation has been established for 25 years, providing essential domiciliary services to elderly people across the Liverpool and St Helens area. Currently operating out of two offices, this organisation has an outstanding team who have collaborated successfully to achieve enviable growth due to effective tender of local authority contracts. Due to internal promotion within the team, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to lead the St Helens branch.

Key responsibilities:

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day to day management of your service. Managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met. There is no on-call requirement for this position and the Registered Manager is not expected to deliver any personal care. Therefore, you can focus solely on maintaining CQC requirements and delivering safe growth.

This role is 99% local authority work, so it is key to be able to build and maintain relationships with local councils. To be successful in this role you must be an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care. You must be level 5 Qualified and have a passion for compliance and safe growth.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum and a range of company benefits. The working hours are 08:30 – 16:30 and a holiday allowance of 25 days + bank holidays.
