Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.

We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to take on a small residential home in Kettering. The service is a 6 bed home which supports adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Challenging Behaviour.

Person Specification:

Applicants must have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism.

We’re ideally looking for someone who also has completed their Level 5 in Health & Social Care, however those without Level 3 will also be considered on the basis they will enrol on the Level 5.

Salary up to £39,000

This role will be based within the service which is situated in Kettering, Northants.
