Remit:
Compass Associates are supporting a large provider of Care & Support to both Adults and Young People with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and Complex Needs across a portfolio of Residential and Supported Living settings.
We’re supporting the recruitment for a Registered Manager to oversee a CQC Registered Residential Home in London which supports people with a range of complex mental health needs.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Registered Manager in either Supported Living or Residential services for adults with Mental Health Needs, however experience with Learning Disabilities, ASD, Challenging Behaviour & Complex Needs will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have completed their QCF Level 5 or be willing to enroll on the course in addition to having in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations.

Benefits:
Salary up to £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

London.
