Registered Manager – Supported Living (Complex Mental Health):

Compass Associates are working with a small provider of specialist community based support services and rehabilitation & recovery for people with Complex Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities.

This role is newly created to support individuals with Complex Mental Health who are stepping down from Hospital / Secure settings. The service will be focused around building life skills and independence and very much a focus on breaking away from institutional care that the people they support will have been used to.

Person Specification:

We’re seeking experience within a management role within Adult Social Care.

The ideal person will have experience supporting people with complex mental health needs.

The post holder will be the Registered Manager with CQC, therefore will require knowledge of regulations.

The individual must be Outcomes focused, and willing to take positive risks and ability to delivery a truly person centred service where independence is promoted, to break away from traditional / institutional models of care.
