Registered Nurse (Days) – Elderly Nursing Home
Rate: £20.00ph, 36 or 44 hour per week
Qualification:RGN *Good Clinical Skills*
Hours:(12hr Shift) 08:00am to 08:00pm
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in their well performing nursing home based in the Tilbury, Essex area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment.
The Candidate
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service. You will be responsible for supervising the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members and will work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.
This is a permanent position, working either 36 or 44 hours per week on a rotational basis.

Requirements
NMC registration with no limitations to practice
UK Nursing Experience is essential
2 year’s post-registration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience working in elderly care / care home setting

This role is based in the Chafford Hundred, Essex area and is easily commutable from Rainham, Dagenham, Romford, Chigwell, Epping, Harlow, Chelmsford, Southend-on Sea, Dartford, Maidstone and Sevenoaks.
