This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a brilliant practice as we are looking for a confident and personable RVN to lead a friendly team in a small, but busy practice.
The Lead Nurse will be need to have 2 years’ experience post RCVS registration. You will be responsible for managing patient flow to ensure the most efficient pathway, in addition to working enthusiastically with the team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.You will also work clinically, providing consultations, inpatient care, anaesthesia, assisting with procedures and associated peri-operative care.
Previous line manager experience would also be beneficial, but we are open to supporting an RVN looking to take their first step into a leadership role.
