Registered Vet Nurse – Oncology Experience Required
£32,000 to 37,000 DOE

This hospital boasts an incredible location on the banks of the river Thames and offer a number of specialist-led services, including soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, anaesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, neurology, orthopaedic surgery & emergency and critical care.
As an Oncology-Focused RVN, your responsibilities will include the ordering, safe handling and appropriate storage of cytotoxic medications, administration of chemotherapy, monitoring of sedation and anaesthesia, wards nursing and care, nurse consultations, accurate record keeping & effective communication and teamwork.
What can you bring?
Ideally you will have experience in a specialist oncology discipline or with a high oncology caseload, chemotherapy administration and nurse consultations. As a focused role, your work will be prioritised within the oncology department. Your role will extend to include ward responsibilities and you may be required to help in other areas where necessary.
