Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced Sales Counselor for a highly impressive, luxury 120+ unit Independent Living Community locally to Boca Raton, Florida.

My client is a medium sized senior living provider with an excellent reputation spanning multiple States.

This role would ideally suit an innovative and experienced Sales Counselor that is passionate about helping senior residents find their perfect home. As the Sales Counselor, you’ll be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential for the community by attracting residents via generating local interest through creative marketing strategies across the local area.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent / Assisted Living. My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in creative marketing and selling techniques with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service.

Requirements

2 Years experience as a Sales Counselor or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living (Essential).

Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy

Passion for senior care

Excellent customer service skills

Location

The community is based locally to Boca Raton, FL and is commutable from; Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Springs, Fort Lauderdale, Greenacres and surrounding areas.Summary
