Although the business is continuing to grow, they have carefully designed their clinic to have a private yet welcoming feel, and they pride themselves on their individual approach. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the nursing team, completing a number of clinical duties including assisting with the monitoring of treatment cycles, venepuncture, assisting with ultrasound scanning, assisting during procedures and recovering and monitoring patients after sedation. We are looking for a polite and professional individual as you will be a key part of the patient’s journey, coordinating treatment plans, ensuring that patients are educated and supported throughout. This company has had continuous growth and have some exciting plans for the future, so this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop and grow within a company. Working Hours: This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, which will be worked across four 10 hour shifts between Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday based on rotation. What can you bring?
- Registered General Nurse or Registered Midwife
- NMC registration
- Previous experience in Fertility and IVF
- Able to assist with egg collections/embryo transfers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate a team
- Previous line management experience will be advantageous
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work independently to ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic and the effective care of patients.
