Compass Associates working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Senior Regional Operations Director. The client operates an established and reputable portfolio of elderly care homes across the south of England and is seeking someone with a firm operational understanding and keen eye for good care quality to oversee the performance of a portfolio of residential and nursing services. Reporting directly to the COO you will need to lead and mentor the regional management team, ensuring operational performance and that the homes are achieving the highest of care quality. The position will require travel across the outskirts of North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and East Anglia.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience developing care services and overseeing a large portfolio of elderly care homes. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be an inspiring leader and knowledge of the elderly care sector. Experience within a similar senior operations role will be required but the client will also consider experienced Regional Directors who are looking to take on a more senior challenge.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar operational position.
• A background in elderly care home market.
• Must be able to commit to travel and overnight stays
• Driving license and own vehicle are required.

Location

This is a regional role covering areas such as Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk. You would need to be based in a suitable commute to these area, including: Luton, Stevenage, Cambridge, Bedford, Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich and Norfolk.
