Compass Associates has partnered with a multinational healthcare organisation to find a Day-Case Dialysis Nurse to join the team. The clinic specialises in providing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease so they can enable their patients to live a more fulfilling life. With the first dialysis clinic founded 30 years ago, they now have over 400 clinics worldwide. Despite their size, they still strive for high standards of care, incorporating the best technology, and continuous development into their employees and facilities.
The right candidate
We are seeking a passionate individual who has a positive and dynamic approach to providing high standard care. The successful candidate will have experience in dialysis and be ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously but will be supported by the team and mentor when necessary. Additionally, the candidate will enjoy building meaningful patient relationships, take on senior responsibilities, and leading the team by example.
The responsibilities will include:
– Undertake the role of Nurse in Charge and occasionally deputize for the clinic manager.
– Provide mentorship to the team, empowering fellow nurses and staff to share knowledge and skills.
– Take ownership of care programs for renal patients, performing patient assessments throughout treatment.-• Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care at all times.
– Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
– Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
– Participate in quality and service improvement programs.

Shift Patterns
Monday to Saturdays between the times of 6:30am to 11:30pm. Closed Sundays and paid breaks!
Location
Located in Wiltshire – Commutable from Southampton, Bournemouth, Warminster, Andover, and Salisbury.
