The ideal candidate needs to be a registered children’s nurse that has had experience within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation. Although, having experience as a senior nurse is desirable, it is not required as long as the individual shows leadership skills. The Senior Staff Nurse will take lead the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse and mentor junior staff members.
