Compass Associates are working with an adult social care provider who have a number of residential and supported living services UK wide. They are one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism, PMLD, deafness, hearing loss and associated complex needs.
They are actively seeking a Service Manager for their supported living service located in Wythenshawe.
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day leadership of the service deputising for the Registered Manager as and when required. You will ensure the service runs smoothly, providing high quality care and working in partnership with all other agencies to escalate any concerns to the Registered Manager or appropriate internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience working with those with learning disabilities or complex behavioursMinimum of Level 3 qualification in Health and Social CarePreviously worked at a supervisory / manager position in supported living or residential
