Job Title:Specialist OCD Occupational Therapist – Mental Health Hospital
Salary: £37,000 – £41,000 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week / 4 days per week

Overview:
Compass Associates is thrilled to partner with a prestigious private mental health facility, recognised for over 30 years of delivering exceptional care. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team, focused on the specialised assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related conditions.
In this role, you will manage your own caseload of patients, engaging in individual and group therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with the wider MDT to ensure the highest standards of care for patients experiencing complex mental health challenges.

Working Hours:
This part-time position spans four days per week, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that this role requires on-site presence only, with no flexibility for remote/hybrid working.
