Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across the UK.

We’re recruiting for a Supported Living Service Manager to take on a new supported living development situated near Mansfield. The site consists of 9 individual self contained apartments and will support adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and associated challenging behaviour. The service does not currently have it’s own CQC Registration and this will sit under another supported living registration for the time being, however it is expected the site will be individually registered in the future, therefore the post holder will likely become CQC Registered.

Person Specification:

Due to the service being new, the post requires experience with either setting up or being involved in the opening of a new service, with experience of dealing with referrals and assessments, recruitment of a new staff team and liaising with external stakeholders. Applicants will ideally have experience holding a CQC registration for either a residential or supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Mental Health and/or Autism and be willing to take on a registration in the future.
