Salary: £26,000 – £37,700 per annum

Hours: 37.5 Hours – Mon – Fri

Location: Richmond & Wandsworth

Setting: Adults – Outpatient Clinic

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to guide and support our collaborative and professional team.

Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected organisation with strong collaborative relationships with NHS Foundation Trusts and the charity CDARS.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in clinical environments.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the care sector, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and be passionately committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support.

Essential Requirements:

  • You must have experience working with people with substance misuse (desired but not essential)
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader
  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making
  • Leadership and Communication Skills
