Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of the UK’s largest supplier of NHS Commissioned Services within Health and Social care to recruit for a Tender Systems Manager to fit within their Bids and Tenders Team.

This position is responsible for the co-ordination and organisation for the team and will be essential in ensuring their excellent track record of service delivery is recognised and lauded by authorities and commissioners. As an experienced co-ordinator and systems leader within a relevant sector, you will be expected to organise, write responses, assist and manage timelines for the efficiency of the team.

The organisation prides themselves on their flexible working approach, managing to maintain their ability to come into their regional offices when necessary, whilst retaining home working, which they have successfully rolled out through the pandemic and will continue.

Location:

The position is mainly home based, with minimal commuting required to meetings or Head Office in either London or other suitable offices across the country.

Package:

Salary is up to £45,000 p/a.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check on notifications on all portals
  • Highlight any issues from commissioners to relevant people or to organise responses yourself
  • Scope out new opportunities or new marketing engagement
  • Co-ordinate the personnel within the relevant internal Operations, Quality, Clinical, Business Development teams, to address all relevant actions for the team.
  • Maintain the speed of deadlines to ensure teams are working effectively throughout all processes
  • Submitting Bids through correct portals
  • Writing administrative responses to correct stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Superb Excel and Microsoft Office Skillset
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Preferable experience of Workday as organisation are transitioning into it
  • Strong understanding of tenders structure and commissioning landscape
  • Extremely well-organised and a “self-starter”
  • Flexibility to work more on times where deadlines are tight to be met
  • Background within co-ordination, Tenders, healthcare / social care
