Overview
We are currently working in partnership with a healthcare provider to appoint a Unit Manager /Registered Mental Health Nurse in a Large sized home based in Bradford. The home surrounded by stunning landscape garderns and has a clean & homely feel about it and is registered to provide dementia, older person & respite care. The Ideal candidate would have minimum 2 years elderly care experience within a nursing home.
Requirements:
- Qualified RMN (But needs up to date clinical skills)
- NMC registration
- 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home.
- Passion for high quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High sense of personal responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
